JUGOMA accounting office in Wejherowo — accounting, payroll and HR, and tax returns since 1993.
We started in 1993 as a small office serving local businesses in Wejherowo. Today we keep the books for companies, sole traders, foundations and associations from all over Pomerania — and, thanks to our online service, from all over Poland.
Over 33 years we have guided our clients through every major change in the regulations: Poland joining the European Union, the Standard Audit File for Tax (JPK), the COVID-19 anti-crisis shields and the National e-Invoicing System (KSeF). Each time our job was the same — to get ready early, so that our client's business could carry on without disruption.
How we work
- One account manager — every business has its own accountant who knows its history, so you never have to explain everything from scratch.
- Deadlines are our job — we keep track of tax returns, payments to the authorities and changes in the law, and we remind you about missing documents well in advance.
- Remote or in the office — you can send documents by e-mail, via the cloud or straight from your invoicing software. If you prefer to talk face to face, you're welcome at our office on ul. Kotłowskiego in Wejherowo.
- Accountability — we hold the mandatory professional indemnity insurance for accounting offices, work on licensed software and represent our clients before the tax office and ZUS (Polish Social Insurance Institution).

When we started in 1993, Polish accounting was only just learning to work in a free-market economy. Today we implement KSeF and JPK and advise on matters that didn't even exist back then. We have been through every change in the regulations — so that our clients didn't have to feel it.
- Founded1993
Our accounting office opens in Wejherowo. Our first steps in serving small businesses in free-market Poland.
- Growth1999
We expanded our services to full accounting for limited liability companies (sp. z o.o.).
- EU accession2004
Poland joins the European Union. We support clients in adapting to the new VAT rules and intra-Community transactions.
- JPK2016
The Standard Audit File for Tax (JPK) is introduced. Full support with the switch to electronic reporting.
- Shields2020
The pandemic and the anti-crisis shields. We help dozens of clients obtain subsidies and exemptions.
- KSeF2026
The National e-Invoicing System. We guide our clients through the digital transformation of invoicing.
Each of these changes demanded learning, new processes and new skills. For our clients it meant just one thing: business as usual. That kind of value cannot be built in five or ten years.
