A tax revenue and expense ledger with no mistakes and no penalties.
Monthly settlements, records of expenses and fixed assets, tax optimisation.
33 years of experience keeping KPiR for businesses in many industries.
KPiR (the Polish simplified tax revenue and expense ledger) is kept by most sole traders as well as civil and general partnerships of individuals — until their revenue exceeds the threshold above which full accounting becomes mandatory (EUR 2 million a year). It is a simple form of bookkeeping, but only when someone keeps an eye on what counts as a deductible expense, when to record it and how it affects your tax advance.
How it works
You send us your documents by an agreed day of the month — by e-mail, via the cloud or straight from your invoicing software. We record revenue and expenses, calculate your tax advance and ZUS (social insurance) contributions, prepare the JPK_V7 file and let you know how much to pay and by when.
More than just bookkeeping
We advise you on whether an expense can be deducted, how to account for a company car, and when depreciation pays off versus a one-off write-off. Once a year we check whether your tax regime is still the most advantageous for you — you can switch from the new year, and the difference can be significant.
