Services

Accounting for companies — limited liability companies and partnerships

Full accounting for limited liability companies, general and limited partnerships and simple joint-stock companies.
CIT (including Estonian CIT), financial statements, JPK_CIT, KSeF and asset records.
On time, with experience serving companies across the Tricity and Pomerania.

A company has more obligations than a sole trader: full accounting books, an accounting policy, financial statements, shareholder resolutions and KRS (National Court Register) deadlines. We handle all of it in one place, in constant contact with the management board.

Day-to-day bookkeeping

We post documents in line with the chart of accounts and accounting policy, settle VAT and CIT advance payments, maintain the fixed asset register and keep track of receivables and payables. Every month we send the management board a summary of results and receivables.

Estonian CIT

We help assess whether the Estonian CIT (lump-sum tax on corporate income) makes sense for your company, prepare the switch and monitor the conditions that must be met throughout the taxation period — from employment levels to types of revenue.

Year-end closing

We prepare the financial statements (balance sheet, profit and loss account, notes), the CIT-8 return and JPK_CIT. We help draft the resolutions approving the financial statements and file them with the KRS on time.

Which companies we serve

  • Limited liability companies (sp. z o.o.) — the most common form among our clients, from single-shareholder companies to businesses with several dozen employees.
  • Limited and general partnerships — including settlements with partners and CIT where the partnership is a CIT taxpayer.
  • Simple joint-stock companies — for start-ups and businesses preparing for an investor to come on board.
  • Companies in organisation, being converted or in liquidation — we guide you through every stage.

Peace of mind for the management board

The management board is responsible for filing the financial statements and tax returns on time. That's why we keep track of the calendar for you: we remind you about the shareholders' meeting, resolutions and KRS deadlines, and you hear about every change in the law from us before it comes into force.

Switching to JUGOMA mid-year

You can move your company to us at any time. We take over the books, chart of accounts and records from your previous accounting office, check the opening balance sheet and carry on bookkeeping with no break in settlements. Your first month with us costs PLN 1.

Frequently asked questions

Our clients' most common questions

We've gathered the questions we hear most often during a first conversation. If yours isn't here, write or call — we'll answer you directly.

How much does accounting for a limited liability company cost?

The price depends on the number of documents per month, the number of employees, the form of taxation (standard or Estonian CIT) and whether the company trades internationally. After a short conversation we prepare a quote within 24 hours, and your first month with us costs PLN 1.

Does a limited liability company have to keep full accounting?

Yes. Capital companies — limited liability companies, joint-stock companies and simple joint-stock companies — keep full accounting books regardless of their revenue. The obligation also applies to limited partnerships.

Does Estonian CIT pay off for my company?

Estonian CIT (lump-sum tax on corporate income) usually pays off for companies that keep their profits in the business and invest them. However, certain conditions must be met — including those relating to shareholders, employment and types of revenue. We check them and calculate whether the switch makes sense.

Who files a company's financial statements?

We prepare the financial statements, and they are signed by the management board and the person keeping the books. Once approved by a shareholders' resolution, we file them with the KRS, and they go to the tax office together with the CIT-8 return and JPK_CIT.

Can I move my company's accounting mid-year?

Yes. We take over the books, chart of accounts and records from your previous accounting office and carry on bookkeeping without a break. It usually takes 2–3 weeks and is free of charge.
