Payroll, contracts, ZUS, PIT-11, PPK, PFRON and GUS — without your involvement.
We calculate salaries (minimum wage in 2026: PLN 4,806 gross), holiday pay and sick pay.
Safe, electronic and backed by experience.
Hiring your first employee changes a business more than you might expect: contracts, medical check-ups, health and safety training, personnel files, payroll and monthly declarations all come into play. We take over this whole area — from the day of hiring to the certificate of employment.
Payroll
Every month we calculate pay under employment contracts and civil-law contracts, deductions, overtime, allowances and sick pay. We prepare declarations for ZUS (Polish Social Insurance Institution) and the tax office, and at year end — PIT-11 forms for employees and the PIT-4R return. We also handle PPK (Employee Capital Plans) and PFRON (State Fund for Rehabilitation of Disabled Persons) declarations.
HR
We prepare contracts, amendments and notices of termination, keep personnel files (including in electronic form), and maintain working time and holiday records. We keep track of periodic medical check-ups and health and safety training, and prepare certificates of employment and GUS (Statistics Poland) reports.
Advice
We advise on the right form of employment for a given situation, how to calculate holiday pay and how to settle business travel. During a labour inspection (PIP) or ZUS audit, we are on your side.
