What our clients' trust is built on
Three principles that shape the way we work. Not a marketing slogan, but the everyday reality of how we look after our clients.
Ethics and confidentiality
We treat every financial matter with the utmost care and discretion. Your data is safe — that is the foundation on which we build long-term relationships.
Reliability
Open communication and accurate financial data. You get information in a clear form — one you can base your business decisions on.
Top quality
We continuously develop our team's skills and follow every change in the law. We offer solutions tailored to your business, not off-the-shelf templates.
In numbers
Experience backed by practice
We don't start from scratch. 33 years on the market, hundreds of businesses served and every tax reform navigated side by side with our clients — no guidebook can replace that perspective.

Specialisms
Industries where we feel at home
Every industry has its own quirks. In the sectors we work with most, we know them inside out — from the first invoice to the annual financial statements.
Online shops are a world of their own: thousands of transactions, returns, warehouses in different countries, integrations with Allegro, Amazon and payment gateways. We understand marketplace commissions, logistics costs and VAT OSS for sales to EU customers. We'll help you organise your accounting so that your shop's growth doesn't grind to a halt in tax chaos.
We specialise in:
- VAT OSS and sales to the EU
- Allegro, Amazon and Shopify settlements
- warehouse and returns handling
- integrations with BaseLinker and Subiekt GT
Developers, software houses, product agencies — IT plays by its own rules: B2B contracts, the IP Box relief, export of services outside the EU, invoices in dollars and euros. We advise on choosing a tax regime that actually pays off, not just one that sounds good on paper. We work with developers, testers, designers, sysadmins and entire IT teams.
We specialise in:
- the IP Box relief
- B2B contracts in foreign currencies
- export of services outside the EU
- employee stock option plans
At the start, every accounting decision has long-lasting consequences — from the tax regime and company structure to preparing for an investment round. We know the ins and outs of VC funding, PARP and NCBR grants, the R&D relief and share options for early employees. We work with start-ups from registration to scale-up.
We specialise in:
- the R&D relief
- NCBR and PARP grants
- accounting for VC funding
- employee stock option plans
Advocates, legal counsel, notaries — your work means hours billed to the minute, clients on VAT invoices and sometimes court-appointed legal aid. We know how to account for fees, costs of legal representation and court fees. We have worked with lawyers for years, so we also understand that your discretion must be reflected in our work.
We specialise in:
- accounting for fees and legal representation costs
- court-appointed legal aid
- services for law firms and legal counsel practices
- civil-law contracts
Construction means long chains of subcontractors, retention deposits, contract settlements stretching over months or years and special VAT rules for construction services. We know how to keep records of work in progress, settle employees' business travel to sites and account for material costs. We work with contractors, subcontractors and property developers.
We specialise in:
- VAT on construction services
- work-in-progress records
- business travel settlements
- contracts and retention deposits
Hair and beauty salons, spas, nail and brow studios, massage — the beauty industry runs on cash registers, card terminals, vouchers and material costs. We'll help you decide whether the lump-sum tax or KPiR (the Polish simplified tax ledger) is better for you, how to record passes and packages and how to depreciate equipment. We serve both single salons and chains with several locations.
We specialise in:
- online cash registers
- accounting for vouchers and passes
- the lump-sum tax in the beauty industry
- depreciation of beauty equipment
Doctors, dentists, orthodontists, physiotherapists, psychologists — you work under contracts with the NFZ (National Health Fund), with insurers and privately, on top of training, medical equipment and GDPR obligations. We handle individual practices and group practices operating as companies. We also work with medical wholesalers and distributors.
We specialise in:
- NFZ contracts
- VAT exemption for medical services
- accounting for medical equipment
- services for medical wholesalers
Childcare and education facilities combine municipal subsidies, parents' fees, meal subsidies and mandatory HR paperwork. We know how to account for subsidies, keep the attendance records needed to settle per-child subsidies and record the costs of government programmes. We work with private nurseries and preschools.
We specialise in:
- municipal subsidies
- attendance records for settlements
- accounting for meals and subsidies
- services for private facilities
Advertising and PR agencies, social media, events, copywriters — your world is projects billed in stages, event production costs, invoices from influencers and ad budgets on Meta and Google. We advise on how to record media spend, account for barter collaborations and run project-based accounting. We serve agencies employing from a few to several dozen people.
We specialise in:
- project-based accounting
- accounting for Meta and Google ads
- influencer collaborations and barter
- freelancers on B2B contracts
Restaurants, cafés, hotels, guesthouses, food trucks — here the margin depends on controlling ingredient costs, and the cash register runs from morning till night. We know the specifics of stocktaking, food cost, tips, the sugar levy and excise duty. We also know how to account for seasonality, Booking.com or Pyszne.pl commissions and loyalty programmes.
We specialise in:
- the sugar levy and excise duty
- accounting for tips
- Booking, Airbnb and Pyszne.pl platforms
- seasonality and seasonal staff
The family foundation is a relatively new legal and tax structure in Poland (since 2023) that requires specialised accounting: different CIT rules, a different logic for benefits to beneficiaries, different reporting. We help set up and run family foundations and organise family assets. It's a solution for owners who are thinking about succession and long-term asset protection.
We specialise in:
- setting up family foundations
- CIT and benefits to beneficiaries
- foundation reporting
- succession planning
Car dealerships, used car dealers, repair shops, paint shops, detailing, rental companies, parts sellers — an industry of the VAT margin scheme, operating and finance leases, car imports from the EU and trade in parts. We know how to account for car sales under the margin scheme, record test and demo vehicles, and keep the books for repair and paint shops.
We specialise in:
- the VAT margin scheme for car sales
- importing cars from the EU
- operating and finance leases
- accounting for repair and paint shops
Our story
33 years of Polish accounting — and we've lived through them with our clients
When we started in 1993, Polish accounting was only just learning to work in a free-market economy. Today we implement KSeF and JPK and advise on matters that didn't even exist back then. We have been through every change in the regulations — so that our clients didn't have to feel it.
- Founded1993
Our accounting office opens in Wejherowo. Our first steps in serving small businesses in free-market Poland.
- Growth1999
We expanded our services to full accounting for limited liability companies (sp. z o.o.).
- EU accession2004
Poland joins the European Union. We support clients in adapting to the new VAT rules and intra-Community transactions.
- JPK2016
The Standard Audit File for Tax (JPK) is introduced. Full support with the switch to electronic reporting.
- Shields2020
The pandemic and the anti-crisis shields. We help dozens of clients obtain subsidies and exemptions.
- KSeF2026
The National e-Invoicing System. We guide our clients through the digital transformation of invoicing.
Each of these changes demanded learning, new processes and new skills. For our clients it meant just one thing: business as usual. That kind of value cannot be built in five or ten years.

Frequently asked questions
Our clients' most common questions
We've gathered the questions we hear most often during a first conversation. If yours isn't here, write or call — we'll answer you directly.
How much does accounting for a limited liability company cost?
The price depends on the size of the company, the number of documents per month, the number of employees and the specifics of your industry. After a short, no-obligation conversation, we prepare an individual quote within 24 hours. Your first month with us costs PLN 1, so you can see whether our service suits you without any risk.
How much does accounting for a sole trader cost?
For sole traders, prices start from a few hundred złoty a month and depend mainly on the form of taxation (KPiR — the Polish simplified tax ledger — or the lump-sum tax) and whether you are an active VAT payer. We prepare an individual quote once we understand the specifics of your business.
Do I have to come to your office in Wejherowo?
No. Most of our clients work with us fully remotely — they send documents by e-mail, via the cloud or directly from their invoicing software. When needed, we can meet at our office on ul. Kotłowskiego in Wejherowo or collect documents from your premises.
Do you only work with businesses from Wejherowo?
We work with businesses from all over Poland. Locally we serve Wejherowo, Reda, Rumia, Bolszewo, Gościcino, Orle and the surrounding area, and remotely — wherever you are. Exchanging documents online means distance no longer matters.
How does switching from another accounting office work?
All you need to do is make the decision — we handle the rest. We help you terminate your contract, contact your previous accountant and take over your records and tax history. The whole process usually takes 2–3 weeks and is free of charge.
Do you handle KSeF and JPK_CIT?
Yes. KSeF (the National e-Invoicing System) and JPK_CIT are now standard in our work. We help clients implement the new procedures, connect invoicing software to KSeF and handle structured invoices on an ongoing basis. We have been guiding clients through reporting reforms since JPK was introduced in 2016.
When do I need to send the documents for a given month?
Normally by the 5th day of the following month, but we agree the schedule individually — depending on the size of your business and your business partners' deadlines. We keep track of all the dates for you and remind you well in advance if anything is missing.
What if I face a tax office inspection?
We represent our clients before the tax office and ZUS (Polish Social Insurance Institution) — within the basic scope at no extra charge. We hold the mandatory professional indemnity insurance for accounting offices and use licensed software, and the inspection can take place at our office, where we keep the records.
Do you sign fixed-term contracts?
No. We work with a one-month notice period. We want clients to stay because they're happy — not because they can't get out of a contract.
Can you help me set up a limited liability company?
Yes. We guide you through the whole process — from choosing the legal form (limited liability company, limited partnership, simple joint-stock company), through KRS (National Court Register) registration, VAT-R and CRBR filing, to the first tax settlements. We also help with conversions and liquidations.
Which form of taxation should I choose for my business?
This is one of the most important questions when starting out, and there's no one-size-fits-all answer — it depends on your industry, expected revenue, costs and growth plans. During a free consultation we analyse your situation and show you which option (the progressive tax scale, flat tax or lump-sum tax) really pays off.
Do you handle payroll and HR?
Yes, we provide a full payroll and HR service: payroll, employment and civil-law contracts, ZUS, holidays, PIT-11, personnel files. From your first employee to a team of several dozen people.
Which industries do you specialise in?
We have experience serving businesses in IT, e-commerce, law, healthcare, beauty, hospitality and food service, automotive, construction, marketing and PR, as well as family foundations, nurseries and preschools, and start-ups. Each has its own accounting specifics, which we know well.
Can you help me choose invoicing software?
Yes. We work with most popular programs (wFirma, iFirma, Comarch, Subiekt, BaseLinker for e-commerce). We'll advise which one best fits the way you work and help with the initial setup.
Do you serve businesses operating abroad?
Yes. We handle VAT-UE, VAT OSS for sales to EU countries, intra-Community transactions (acquisitions and supplies) and the export of services outside the EU. We also help with settlements for employees posted abroad.
Can I get reports to support business decisions?
Yes. In addition to the mandatory financial statements, we prepare reports tailored to your needs — profitability analyses, cost control, cash flow forecasts, summaries for the management board. These are tools that genuinely help you run your business.
How do I send documents and how can I reach you?
Most often by e-mail and through secure cloud folders. Every client has their own accountant, so you don't end up talking to a different person each time. We reply within 24 hours on working days, and faster in urgent matters.
Do you work with foundations, associations and NGOs?
Yes. We keep the books for foundations (including family foundations), associations and other non-profit organisations. We know how to account for subsidies, grants and membership fees, and how to separate statutory activity from business activity.
What if I'm behind with my paperwork or my accounts are a mess?
We help you clear the backlog — from individual tax returns to arrears and irregularities going back years. We've done it hundreds of times. No lecturing — we simply get on with solving the problem.
How do we get started?
Just get in touch — by phone, e-mail or the form on our website. The first consultation is free and with no obligation: we get to know your business, discuss your needs and prepare an offer. Your first month costs PLN 1.
